Believe I met one or two people who no longer visit this site. Been so long that I can barely remember any details of the encounters though...

2005 is not the same as 2016.
...How did that point go right over your head? My point was that you should already be accustom to political topics being made on the off-topic board since you've been around long enough to witness it. Assuming you visited this board pre-2016. Even back then, political topics never really dominated this board. Just a few topics that went the distance as far as post count, but not a huge quantity of topics themselves...
I apologise for my disinterest in hearing what I consider to be agony screams of a cripplingly flawed government system inevitably eating itself alive.
You know you're not being forced to open topics that you care so little about, right? If somehow political topics dominate the off-topic board (Which it shouldn't, PG hasn't really been that active lately), it's probably because there isn't a whole lot of off-topic discussion being made. Maybe you should help fix that problem instead of complaining about a nonissue?
Because if this place turns into PG 2.0, I'll just delete my bookmark and check out.
You've been around since 2005. If anything, you should realize that these forums would return back to how they originally were, a mix of off-topic and political discussion. Can't turn into PG 2.0 when it originally was the place politics were discussed before GS decided to divide traffic and create a dedicated board for political topics....
I'm actually hanging around reddit myself for a little over 3 years now. I mainly came here for PG and gaming news. GS is definitely giving less and less reasons to visit this site...
*Shrug* Well, just take all political discussions to the off-topic board then, like how it used to be. It was originally made to filter political topics from the off-topic board. Since they no longer have a dedicated political board, safe to say that everything reverts back to how it used to be...
...or nevermind. I see Gamespot truly wants to reduce there traffic even further...
PS2 sucked.
This. Mostly because it kept breaking down so easily. Never had a system with durability nearly as bad as PS2's. Ended going through about 4 of them..
Ah, I see system wars hasn't changed at all....=D
I'm getting this for the PC so I definitely don't have to worry about being apart of the meltdown club here...
I'm totally fine with it, as long as actual care was put into it. Metroid Prime remaster basically sets the standards on what a remaster should be imo and Resident Evil Remake (also 2) set the bar for Remake. There are many games showing their age that could greatly benefit from a more modern touch up like many N64/PS1 gen games. Many old classics can use the love. If it's an obvious cash grab, they can keep it...
Neither my mom or dad have serious health issues at the moment. My dad is barking at 60 this year and mom 56. For their age, they're doing reasonably well. I can only guess that around their 70's or 80's would be where I would start to worry. Not sure if I would take care of them though....
@uninspiredcup: The video of the soldier is brutal.
Yeah, my morbid curiosity led me to watching that video....wished I hadn't...
Elden Ring. Finally finished the first play through. Gonna play NG+ before going on to a different game (Most likely purchase Metroid Prime Remaster). Definitely earned it's GOTY status, I can definitely say that....
