So far i haven't bought any New PS4 games since last year. There's just too many to buy. And with saving up for moving out this year with my girlfriend. Spending 60$ on a dozen or so games every month is a bad financial choice.. Only games i'm interested in are Final Fantasy and that Berserk one.
Waaaaay too much crap being released these days.
But related To Gamestop. I'm not buying much from them anyhow. I can get better deals from Ebay or Amazon for titles., even if it means saving 5-10$, However They have some awesome collectibles though which i've bought such as a Link Figma and some Zelda Puzzlesets. Last time i pre-ordered anything from Gamestop they either didn't tell me about the status and i missed out on the item. Or they screwed me over with a Pre-order bonus that didn't exist.. So yeah.. Ebay or Amazon all the way!
Pre-owned prices are terrible too. I traded in a game and got 6$ for it. Day later i come back and see that game for 30$.... lol i'm like Seriously? Also another factor is that i'm into more Anime than Video games. So i'd rather spend 40$ on a anime i want rather than 40$ into a Industry that's turning into nothing more than Corporate Greed with how they milk you.
I wouldn't be surprised if some of the Late Development titles for the Wii-U got switched and put onto the Nintendo Switch (No pun intended) Poor sales of Wii-U probably made Nintendo re-think things. Probably means we stand a higher chance getting a F-zero game or something.

translate into. - We didn't expect all the 30-40 year olds to sell us out and then scalp the item preventing genuine buyers from being able to get it.
I don't think it's because of the movie itself. But because they literally released it the same week more or less as Star Wars... That's like Idiotic on who's ever idea it was.. Why not release the movie like January time? or April? Everyone who got a Movie Gift-card this holiday are clearly gonna spend the money and see Star Wars.
I Predict it will be a good movie, but will fail in selling movie tickets. I mean come'on who thought it was a good idea to put this movie so damned close to Star Wars? You're setting it up to fail by putting it so close to that movie.
