first u recruit SPIES (by putting the enemies when they are knocked out in uor truck)

then go to manage in the main menu screen

 then go to uor new recruit section and select a spy and then to the spy section (2nd option on manage) and put the spy u selected in one of the areas, u can spread out uor spies in different areas or u can even have more than one in the same place.

once done u can change the time of the day and u shud get some new reports. thats wht spies are for, to give u new reports (new mission or info abt weapons e.t.c).

after all the facts u presented, i dont think any body can argue.

WELL mine just finished and there are three things,

1. now u can play PS1 games on your PS3 too

2. now u can put uor game saves on uor psp ( something like that )

3. vibration works (forcefeedback)

plzz if u dont want to buy a PS3 then dont but stop makin pointless topics. btw a standalone bluray player costs abt 500-1000$

lol, did u knw tht microsoft hired certain people just to shrink mass effect  to fit on one disc and they also had to minimize some stuff and its a fact that PS3 is more powerfull  then 360, dont agree? well look at motorstorm it was almost a launch title. it will take somtime before u culd see the real potiental of PS3 since it only launched 5 months ago while 360 17 monhts.
