In an MMA world it"s dawned on me how novel K-1 was went it started to gain traction as a legit combat sport in the early 90s. A lot of fight fans in the West may show confused looks when asked re. K-1 but it caught on pretty big in Jpn & the EU.

With the popularity came plenty o' video game licensing. The only K-1 game I owned & played dates back to the PSX release, *K-1 Revenge*. It was a pretty underwhelming title, to be truthful. Given the number of releases that followed, I'd like to hear from those of you who played them & what among them stands out as the best entries in the series.

Hello people:

I'm interested in the Sega Firecore, but I'm debating with myself if it's a worthwhile purchase because of where Ireside. I live in Asia (China) and wish to know if it's electrically compatible (other than possible prong incompatibility) withmain powerhere. Specifically, will it's power brick downconvert main power from 220 vac to whatever voltage the unit requires, amps? If a simple adaptor will resolve any issue I'd be game, but anything like a converter, fughat it..... Thanks in advance.

I used to have the SCD myself (the too-long 18 wheeler edition). It was a decent unit that was ahead of its day, and its fuzzy FMV graphics and list of panned games were testament to this. Mine also had chronic problems with the laser read device, a problem which I think is common with CD consoles. Make sure you check around online thoroughly to find the most competitive price (and watch out with being gouged with shipping rates).A couple ofgames that come to mind thatare either exclusive to the SCD or markedly better than the Gen version are 'WWF Rage in the Cage" (excl.)and "The Terminator" (*way* better). The latter is a well-received game and a worthwhile addition to your collection:

Hello people:

I'm looking for a good online shop which sells the Sega Firecore and will accept PayPal. Thanks in advance.

(Also, if I were to get my grubby hands on it over here in China, could I use it with main power (220 vac)?)

SMGP was easily the best 2D racing game on the Genesis, and perhaps for it's era. Does anyone know of other strong racing games - of the day - which could stand up to SMGP. Better yet, any clones that were released?

A little of subject, "Road Rash". If your talking racing in general than "Virtual Racing, the 32x version". JReefer1

Virtual Racing...wasn't that a 3D racing sim? By today's standards those polygons look pretty brutal.

Anyone in gamerland heard anything new about the potential reincarnation of Road Rash for the PC (and consoles)?

Hello gamers:

Can you help me compile a short list of those PC hockey games that you felt had 'deep' AI, ie., great goaltending, D, and offense put up by the CPU. Thanks in advance.
