I would also like to add that Dead Space 3 done absolutely nothing but progress the series into a more open non-linear direction that actually reminded me more of old survival horror games than the previous Dead Space titles. The co-op is incredibly fun and from the responses in this thread I would say that this game is very under-appreciated. Dead Space 3 is definitely on of the best games I have played in quite awhile.

Considering the Reviews have Dead Space 3 Rated below its Previous games I wouldn't say the game is *Under Appreciated* It is the worst Dead Space game in the series.

That is nothing but your opinion, for me the Dead Space games are all equal. I rate and value them for different things, I have a few problems with Dead Space 3, but the experience and fun that I have had with it will stick with me for a long time. I'm willing to say that Dead Space 3 is one of the best co-op experiences that I have ever had.

Now if we are going to talk about this objectively then I would say that Dead Space 3 has the best gameplay, technically the graphics are the best of the franchise and the weapon crafting brings more depth than the previous games. Although I will say that none of the Dead Space games have matched the first when it comes to pure horror, though the atmosphere of Dead Space 3 is absolutely fantastic. Playing this game at night through my 7.1 surround sound system is an unbelievably immersive experience! I would say that technically Dead Space 3 is the best, but subjectively the first seems to be the most popular.
