I got Uncharted2 today and in the game's audio options it has large/small settings for the center channel. My Polk has two 6.5in woofers, that large? The receiver should crossover anything below 80hz anyway to the sub.

I'd say large, but I'd imagine the receiver should handle it enough that that setting wouldn't matter.

Alright I have this WEiRD problem. I simly hook up the Slim with the Tv and... no sound, ofc i did set audio output to hdmi and then pressed automatic.

The sound seems to have gotten a life of its own. Sometimes there is sound sometimes not. There is no sound when i start up the ps3 but sometimes with sheer luck sound comes back and then stays. But when i turn off the system and come back to play... guess what ? no sound

Hmm, so you're playing sound from the TV speakers? Make sure the PS3 isn't trying to output at 5.1 or any other fancy audio configuration. Maybe...

I'm a huge fan of AD&D and Baldur's Gate franchise. Bioware called DA:Origin as spiritual sequal of Baldur's Gate. But I heard this game is not designed based on AD&D and the story is not about Faerun. So I think I should read some fair/good reviews of this game and decide whetherI should spend 60 Dollars for it...

I don't know. 1080p does look cleaner/sharper. 720p is kinda fuzzier, at least on the PS3 menus. Gotta check out the 360.

Well, do which ever one looks better, but I would have said Rastan's suggestion was definitely the best way. There could be a possibility for some video lag with the extra scaling going on, but if it's not noticable than don't worry about it.

I've had my Ps3 for a little over a year now and today pop in CoD4 and the sound is really choppy. Game runs just fine but the sound is terrible and it does it on all my games and even the ones saved to my hard drive. Dvd's and including Bluray work just fine and cd's too but it's only video games. Any ideas as to why it's doing it or how to fix it?????Phizzure

Not sure even posting is necessary, but like everyone else has mentioned its a legit biz. I have purchased all kinds of stuff from them. Cables: HDMI, Component, Xbox Component, Wii Component, CAT5, Component Switches, HMDI Switches, etc... I have never had an issue with anything they sell.

IMO, Batman. It's definitely a game of the year contender. DMC got old and boring for me. They are definitely two very different games. Batman is much less in your face.

Price determines which type of TV you can get. Samsung, Sony, Toshiba, Vizio, Panasonic, they'll all give you just about what you pay for at the size.
