At the top of the peak, when you first start there are usually two boards that look like a map. Go towards, one of them is the competition board.

Played it last night fer few hours, ubertricks are not that hard to do. There is actually an in game option to practice the ubers to get a proper feel on the motions you have to make. I really dont think they are that hard to do, just have to get accustomed to doing the motions. The slalom runs on the other hand......
