Yea you can actually do moves in fighting games with this d pad versus previous Xbox controllers. Looks like they finally figured it out. Still would prefer PlayStation controllers for fighting since their d pads have been solid for decades.
It’s up to retailers to come up with ways to combat scalping. But they don’t seem to care so the scalping will continue. It’s a crappy practice and I wish nothing but the worst on scalpers however there’s nothing you can do. Best to wait till around spring time and hope stock normalizes to the point that there’s plenty of supply and scalpers will have to sell their systems at MSRP.
Just watched this. SOC thermals seem fine but the memory thermals are pretty bad. Seems the side panels restrict air flow and taking both off definitely help improve temps. Thermal contact to the memory modules needs improvement. Fan is quiet overall with headroom to increase the speed and help with air flow.
If all you care about is rasterization performance, then the 6800 series is a winner. If you care about ray tracing then maybe stick with Nvidia for the time being. Very happy to see competition return to the GPU realm. AMD has been killing it on both fronts.
This is COD we are talking about. It’s the most bloated series in history. This tells me there was no optimization being done which I’m not surprised because Activision.
