That's a stupid theory. Just look at the poll results and you'll see there aren't enough sheep in SW to account for them. People just don't like Xbox One based on all the negative things it will be doing to the game industry. You must really like Call of Duty.[QUOTE="Zen_Light"]

X1 will be better than the Wii:U... when it is released. In terms of everything.
Wii:U is still the worse console to own even if X1 turns out to be online only etc.
But I think Sheep are jumping on the 'Xbox hate bandwagon'.. Anything to derive it away from the pile of poop the Wii:U is currently.ConanTheStoner
Yeah, even some of the most hardcore lems around here arent too fond of it.
And anecdotal evidence, sure, but all the big Xbox fans I personally know are anti-X1 right now. I was surprised when I started hearing some of these guys opinions the day after the reveal. Guys that have been full on Xbox fans from the start were saying f*ck Xbox immediately.
Its definitely best to wait and see, we really have no idea how things will pan out. But the overall perception is negative right now. Seeing g0ddyX try to spin this as something confined to System Wars is just funny and sad.
If they're switching from "Xbox is the best thing ever" to "f*** Xbox" that quickly, they'll probably switch back to "Xbox is the best thing ever" just as quickly if even the slightest thing pushes them towards it.[QUOTE="shadowlusterx"][QUOTE="RR360DD"]Yes. All of them have internet access and thus the cloud behind them. Weird question? Whoa, big difference In what?We're still like 10 years off, and thats plenty of time for the XOne to thrive. Its more of a stepping stone between normal HDTVs and Smart TVs in that regard.
But don't forget its still very much a games console. The specs might not be at the top like the PS4, but it can certainly compete.
Oh, and are there any smart TVs with the cloud behind them!? :lol:

[QUOTE="stereointegrity"]its a sad day me defending xboxone....but 500 dollar console over a 2000 dollar television RR360DD
Television doesn't have XBOX LIve fees. :lol:
Plus you need a television anyway. I dont' think the OP is saying that people are deciding between a XBone and a Television at all. However obviously, if a person just bought one of these Samsung TV's with Quad core and Android... the TV/Kinect features of the XBone suddenly become ALOT less interesting.
The XBOX One is marketed as the "one box you need" for TV and online apps. When in fact we aren't far off from not needing any set-top box at all.

Yes. All of them have internet access and thus the cloud behind them. Weird question?My problem with the touchpad is that it seems completely unnecessary. Not sure how useful it'll be for gaming, but should make using a controller with Windows much easier. Analog sticks in place of mouse doesn't really work yo.[QUOTE="shadowlusterx"]I'm looking forward to using the PS controller more. Mostly preference though. Touch pad should make it super easy to use it as the sole input for my media center.heretrix
