I played (and finished) Elden Ring, Pentiment, Norco, Immortality, Cuphead DLC, Spider-Man Remastered, and God of War (should latter 2 count?). Loved them all to varying degrees.
Also played Rogue Legacy 2, but did not finish. It was aite.
The time restrictions on things are a big drab, something I really dislike in games. Buuuut, I suppose if it's moreso implemented as part of the narrative, and less of just a pure mechanic (i.e. Atelier's alchemy time limits), I'd like to see it for myself. Still excited to play this game. Plenty of reviews praise it, so I'm sure the time restrictions aren't too awful. An abrupt ending...again, I have to see it for myself first.
@Barighm: Or maybe the game just isn't that good by all standards? Plenty of thumbs down on Steam. Trustworthy YT'ers not recommending it. Plenty of sub-7's if you just check Opencritic. Is GS your only source of reviews?
Omg, someone gave a consensus 7/10 game a 4/10. How dare he. It's almost as if he's balancing out a 10/10 review. But...if it's a 7/10 game, no way someone should give it a 10/10 either, right? Let's go bash JR Waugh from Attack of the Fanboy for giving it a perfect score. Clearly every review should be a 7/10, since that's the average of the consensus.

Believe it or not, FACTS were actually presented in this review. He may think those facts are a 4 for him, but any intelligent person reading will be able to form their own expectation going in, based on the facts.
It's 2022. We all know reviews are basically just guides of expectations. Not judgments on whether we should play it or not.
@Barighm: I completely understand the dilemma of buying just to show support for FUTURE games in a series. But it also enables SE to think "oh, this bad design still sells, let's keep it that way for the next game."
Honestly, it's like a double-edged sword - supporting a mediocre/bad product in hopes that the support means it'll improve.
