@Ridgeblader @mtktx1 Ive never played guild wars never been a fan of pre set classed characters. Do they have advertisements in game? How do they generate revenue for sustainability?

And $1 per item and 15% off a stack transaction? Thats the perfect plan for a long term passive income for the company. It's really a lot once you think about how massive D3 will get (it's going to be huge considering the WoW fanbase and cross advertisements on their every Blizzard game). I love the Diablo series. But Blizzard seem to be giving out the message that their games are not their passion now, but their business. Disappointed in the company, but happy for the gaming industry
I for one am ok with the auction house because after playing the beta i dont think i'll be getting the game. D3 is such a close ended piece of one way linear bullcrap. Taking out the attribute system and giving every single spell really changed things a lot. The community in game are nice. But mark my words, not for long. Imagine logging on to millions of China magic finding or gold farming players at any time, when the competition for money goes up, you will not see casual gaming in D3 for long. Get ready to see more competitive pricks on the internet. And i haven't even mentioned the possibility of fully automated farming bots yet. Far fetched? Maybe, but with the kind of bots going around i won't be surprised if it happens in the near future.
