I think Spartan Ops is a lot of fun. I especially like being able to get in a chapter quickly by myself or in coop. I'd love to have firefight too, but Spartn Ops is excellent fun.
I don't see the utility of this. You're playing the game (with both hands) and using the tablet with which hands? Man I hope there's not a plan to make the tablet the controller. If I wanted to play a game swiping and tilting with limited (though constantly improving) resposiveness I can spend $5 buck on an app or jump into a Kinect only game.
I see this as a ulility for the first thing demonstrated in this video and that's the entertainment functions which, if it continues down the wrong path, even further pulls the XBOX away from the gamers. PLEASE Microsoft remember who's currently printing money for you!
Kevin, Tom, Chris, and Kurtis - Thanks for a great discussion. There really were some great moments that touched me in the same way. It was amazing to me how invested I was in these characters and how emotional some of these moments were.
Wow - I thought I was on the worng website for a second; but I guess this was bound to to be a hot topic. Mass Effect has been a great series that set some new standards for action RPGs. As noted in the article, they aren't the first to add this realistic element. But frankly, I'm not playing for the sexual interactions - I'm playing because of some great stories, great characters, and a flat out fun game. Though I had a taste with the demo - I can't wait for Tuesday!
