@Evilbunz Yes, I have. I had a 19" Sony Vaio AR190G that I just recently sold, so I understand portability and weight. What I don't understand, is why you would be holding it while using it. Do you type with one hand? If not, then put it down. Once you put it down, how's that weight affecting you? Now, if you were to tell me you are getting it to do video editing and things of that nature, then sure, you are absolutely correct, you bought the better brand.... but you replace the OS with Windows 7, completely invalidating that argument, and saying that you game with it. That's where you wasted your money; to make sure it had an apple on the back of the LCD cover.
@Evilbunz @stealth6spy You may not realize that a mac contains these key components: CPU, RAM, HDD/SSD, and a motherboard(since it is mobile, the sound and video are onboard/integrated). The only difference between that and a PC is the operating system you install on it. You paid a higher price for those components than you would have if you had gotten a PC with the exact same clock speeds, transfer rates, storage capacity, and processing speed/power, in essence, wasting your money.
@Futboljunky I think what EA fails to realize is that the "store" is essentially origin and that we don't pay for walking into stores anyway, so comparing something that is migrating from paid to free (video games) with something that has always been free (browsing a stores inventory) isn't stupid, it's downright degrading to us consumers who they are assuming aren't intelligent enough to see through that retarded analogy.
The problem I have with your comment is the following: "neither oblivion or skyrim can be mentioned in a positive way for it's graphics"
*sigh* When Oblivion was released, I was floored. It was a very early release for the Xbox 360 and the visuals were, and still are, stunning. Later I played the PC version and was, once again, amazed. In the words of Pete Hines, "You can't convince me that Oblivion wasn't a beautiful game"
And Skyrim? I won't even respond to that part of the comment for fear of giving the illusion that there is any credence it.
@buccomatic I Played on PC and it natively runs at 1080p (or whatever else your monitor may be capable of, for that matter) vice the 360 which up-scales to 1080p. The reason I mention this is because the higher natively run resolution shows all the little inconsistencies in texture that may have been hidden while being run on the xbox. It's like putting a magnifying glass to a picture and seeing the little dots that make up the picture; if the dots(pixels in the case of RAGE) are too big, they look worse on higher resolution.
