I've got an hour to mess around before my kids get home... I have to do homework....I have to mow the lawn.... You know, I have other things in life, but right now it's game time.

And then "this game requires a 15 gb update." otherwise you will be signed out and have to play offline. I have to be honest here, for me this generation is more about the anticipation of playing good games than it is about actually playing them. Considering we've gone from something like the Atari or the NES that was instantaneous ability to play with no patches up to what we have now, i'm not excited about the future of gaming as I once was. What will it be like for the next generation of gaming when a game is 130 gb and all digital download and updates. I mean come on I want to actually play the game not sit for 45 minutes (usually more) while it updates, I wont even touch the install of a digital game and how long that can take. PS I have about 100 mb down so before you flame me, please consider that one is not up for discussion. In all honesty there are some games that I simply ignore now because once I put them in and see they have a 18 gb update before I can actually play the game, I just take them out and put them back on the shelf and play something else.

Having both, I prefer the XBox and do think it has a better line up.

For me personally.. no use at all. I really don't like Auto Brightness on any of my electronics.

I picked graphics because honestly I don't really see anything that the system really "needs" to improve. So, might as well get better graphics as they are always an added bonus to good games. Well, now that I said that... if you had it on your list i'd pick more A games in non nintendo catagories. Personally I love my 3ds not for the Nintendo offerings but for things like Monster Hunter, Fire Emblem, Xenoblade, the Atlus games, Fantasy Life, Prof. Layton... more of that is what I want.

@KBFloYd:

Yeah, I was around for that. Still i'm surprised that there is no one talking about much here at all. Between the GF and GS split and the firing of Gertsman this place has become a ghost town.

How are there not more topics on Fantasy Life (or any for that matter)? It's an amazingly addicting game that is one of the most fun games I've played in a long time. I'd at least imagine the Animal Crossing crowd would eat this game up.But........crickets.

This game is way better than a 6. Honestly it's the most fun I've had with a game in a long time. And that goes for console, PC and handhelds. That said, by the looks of this forum i'm the only one who plays it.

@thehig1: 1280x768 is a monitor 720p. 1280x720 is a tv 720p. It still could be scaling to 720p down from 1080p and still look different.

@thehig1: Is your pc outputting to 1080p and the tv is downscaling to 720p? What does it say when you check info on that connection on your tv?
