People are all little children at heart. That is why Playstation won. We don't like being told what to do, even if it isn't bad.

"The Kinect is always on? (no it isn't, by the way) Screw that! I have to buy the Kinect? Screw that, I will just spend a hundred dollars less on the PS4 and then buy the $60 eye!"

"The Xbone needs internet once every day?!? Sure, i'm going to have my PS4 connected to the internet 24/7, but DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO!!"

@shingui5 I'll admit, I'm being a bit of a hypocrite by lashing out at all of the Xbox One haters, but I still have to stick to my guns.

A lot of it is bandwagoning. I can't prove this, I have only my gut instinct.

For what it's worth, it isn't the people like you who I'm calling sheep. While I don't agree with your opinion, I do respect that your opinion seems to be your own.

I'm just sickened by all of the people who A: Don't have their facts straight, B: Conjecture pointlessly and C: Just repeat what others are saying endlessly without stopping to think about it.

@bigcr47 That's an excellent point about the price of the peripherals and add ons. The pill that people don't want to swallow is that this is actually a pretty decent deal. You're basically getting a fairly powerful computer, one of the best home cameras ever made, and a Blu Ray player for $500 dollars.

Doesn't sound so bad to me.

@shado_kat You have a point, but I still can't believe he would write something so incredibly negative, while ignoring all of the positives as if they didn't happen. Everyone's opinion is different, but MY opinion is he has no business reviewing games if every single one of the games from the lineup did not impress him at all.

I've seen enough of the internet to know when opinions are split and when people are just bandwagoning.

It's absolutely fine to not like the Xbox One. It isn't fine to not have a legitimate good reason. People keep shouting the same phrases (spying/always on/DRM) over and over and over again, and it doesn't make any sense. They have no idea what the **** they are talking about. You can tell when people aren't thinking for themselves.
