To be fair Forza Horizon is currently the 12th most popular game on Amazon which is decent considering it came out a while back now; you'd expect DriveClub to be higher as it only just launched today in your native country.

And let's be honest, Forza Owners are happy with their game and they are also able to play online; us DriveClub owners are disappointed and unable to play online.

Time to admit it's a flop and move on.

Listen to this, I bet that rain footage looks the exact same when the weather patch is released. Even in real life, certain scenes are more impressive than eachother. The asset detail and quality is identicle on both images. It's the way it is. That is a compressed screencap from youtube too. Listen, I have spoken to people who have followed the inside development of the game and played it on their PS4. And the weather looks the same on PS4 as it did in that gif. And it happens dynamically from a sunny day to a rain storm. You are just spreading FUD to be a troll. I want side by side comparisons of the same track, time of day, and lighting condition. Otherwise claiming downgrade is invalid.

Whilst I agree that certain scenes in real life look different depending on the time of day; I don't walk out and see PS2 graphics outside my door when the sun comes out...

They don't look different at all. The only difference I see is the lighting presented in those shots, due to the weather having an effect.

Why? If I feel it looks worse than the pre release screenshots and videos, then I feel it looks worse. Pretty much everyone that has reviewed the game has come to the same conclusion, even those who have reviewed it positively.

There is no need to go to such lengths to prove anything. The game is a disappointment, both in terms of playability and visuals.

@scottpsfan14: no you don't have to go out of your way much at all really. And the fact remains that most people feel even the good bits are worse than the PR bullshots which adds to dissatisfaction.

Visually it's still right up there (at times) but technically advanced would be the wrong choice if word IMHO, there is a lot of tech that goes into mechanics etc and that simply isn't in driveclub.

It's a bit like the idea of sleeping with the corpse of a dead supermodel

Some parts of the game look great, others could be described as mediocre at best. All of which smack of an unfinished product... but we all know...

So it's worth highlighting you have cherry picking the good ones.

This is good though because it also demonstrates that graphics have no correlation to the actual enjoyment of a game and will go a long way to putting he nail in the system wars coffin regarding power differences because it's increasingly obvious this means jack shit in the end product.

Hate to be the one, but check out Amazon's hourly sales figures - people are buying more copies of Forza than FlopClub by quite some margin.
