Not really.

I'd rather the developers, not just pertaining to Square-Enix, keep taking risks and creating new things. I've played those games before. I don't need countless reissues of the same.

We wouldn't get games like Reasonance of Fate, Final Fantasy XIII, White Knight Chronicles, The Last Story, Tales of Graces F (battle system wise), etc etc

Xenoblade Chronicles is a great game, try it yourself before you judge. Another note you really shouldn't listen to the person writing the article because he is also from the Internet.
