Well, there is one thing an alien race could get from Earth that is not so easy to get anywhere else on the galaxy, slaves.
That's why the European countries made deals in Africa, that's what they tried to get from the Americas, that's what happens when a more advanced civilization meets a far less advanced civilization, you take advantage of whatever you can from them.
That is if they don't have something similar to Earth's Declaration of Human Rights (assuming they'd extend it to Humans), to stop major organizations to use humans as cheap labor, but that will definitely not stop smuggling.
in my playthrough there were 3 guards in havelocks room, 2 outside, one inside, stop time, sleep dart the 2 guards outside, then get in and sleepdart the next one.

@mwb360 once you go money, you never go back, once the money from a shooty shooty and tomahawk to the face starts to flow, i really doubt that ubi would go back to the stealthy ways of old games.
there's always the chance that in a few years you'll get HD remakes of the old games, and if they sell enough, the real hardcore stealth game might come back.
i'm a big fan of Mr. Carmack here, he is the father of the fps, a true genius in this dog eat dog videogame world we live in, and he is right on the money (just as David Jaffe), i mean look at skyrim, crysis 3, far cry 3, heavy rain, portal, and the list goes on, they look frigging A M A Z I N G, and if you push the current generation a bit further, i'm sure you can get a lot more bang out of them, a new generation is just a way to score some more easy moneys, and get another swing at stopping piracy, and as nintendo is trying to do, kill game resales.
the win now is in innovating content, in gameplay, settings, and so on, the ps move and kinect did just that, what will a new console bring new to the videogame industry?
i have no clue, nintendo is putting their asses on the line again with the tablet controller, like they did with the motion control on the wii, and the dual screen in the ds, they think outside the box, i'm not so sure microsoft and sony can do anything like that, the only thing keeping them in the loop is hardcore games, that don't translate so well into the wii, maybe the wii u can keep up, only time will tell.
@Auronvolgar @-The-G-Man- i have almost 200 hours clocked in my main char in skyrim, 100 in my second, and a dozen or so in my third, and i'll give you one, Zeno Clash, one of the best indie games i've ever played, in fact, one the best games period.
triple A games are usually THE thing, they have great graphics, content, and all that, but if you go and check the top selling games of the last 4/5 years, most of them are sequels, triquels, fouquels, millionquels of games that have been established before, either because they innovated in some way, like GTA3,, or because they stunned the world with looks, like the first far cry, or the first crysis.
the point is, when you pick up a new COD, it really isn't that much of an improvement over the one that came the year before, and the same happens with most triple A games, it's just a copy of last year's top seller, with a facelift, but deep down it's still the same crap we saw before.
