@elegantspock @cameronrobinson While I may not personally believe in this big conspiracy, shooting down the idea that its near impossible ("this would require an organised, air tightly secretive conspiracy shared by a large number of individuals") is just an insult to peoples intelligence. Corrupt reviews have, and will, always be around whether you admit it or not. I don't believe its the psychology of the human mind that makes people think this, I would just put it down to misleading reviews.

Thanks for the lesson on what a conspiracy is GameSpot! YAWN!! Make out that people are stupid all you want, its easy to see why people think these things however. Giving 'yet another' high score for unworthy games and low score for great titles? *Cough* COD and Batman*Cough*. My faith in your reviews has plummeted, as well as many other people. Maybe we are not all batshit crazy and paranoid, maybe your reviewers need reviewing.

This can't be serious surely? I have lost all faith in GameSpot reviews lately... I mean, Batman got a 6 and this CRAPTASTIC copy and paste gets an 8? This just proves that their reviewers cannot be taken seriously!
