I love Gamespot's video reviews, but pretty much everyone except Vanord has this same deadpan delivery that's pretty difficult to listen to. I love everything else about the review staff, but this kind of brings down the video reviews for me.
It's bad enough flash video (which runs horribly on older PCs) is forced on us, but can we at least have a choice to download videos in a format not requiring a bloated, proprietary video player?
My computers are both older machines and can stutter on higher resolution flash video (as flash video is much more taxing on machines than streaming mpegs, etc.). I'd really like the option to stream video content in another format. The site worked much better and was much more enjoyable for me before the flash video redo.
