Seeing as how many of her video reviews have multiple similar complaints it would appear the problem is on gamespot's end, unrelated to my ears. Perhaps gamespot should only hire people who are skilled at all aspects of their job, which in Carolyn's case includes doing voiceover for video reviews.
Additionally you're kidding yourself if you think this place hasn't been circling the drain for years with regards to the "pride" gs editors take in their reviews, KVO excepted.
Hamburger Helper is a joke and she represents much of what's wrong with the gaming industry today. Kind of like how Gamespot represents much of what's wrong with the gaming media today.
