@naija: The nice thing about mods is they let you play the game how you want. With enough mods you can take a game like say Minecraft and turn it from a simple block building games with a few interesting mechanics to a game that might resemble something like Factorio.

Modding is simply modifying the game rules. It's not about being overpowered and it's not about cheating. It's about changing how the game works to suit you.

For me my first Anime was Death Note. Highly recommend it, especially if you are looking into something that kind of explores the morality of murdering people to make the world a better place and the idea of tracking down a criminal who is able to kill without a trace from anywhere in the world. Also the majority of the show is from the eyes of the Antagonist.

After that I went with Darker than Black, a decent one, and some other random Anime. With that said my Favorites are usually the MMO style ones. For that I'd have to highly recommend both Sword Art Online and Log Horizon.

I'd also recommend shows like Code Geass, finished atleast enough to be considered complete, My Life Reincarnated as a Slime, still more episodes coming out, and The rising of the Shield Hero, relatively newish only one season and the second isn't coming out until April.

Finally to give a good series that has a ton of episodes, Black Clover.

I would say for the most part all of the above shows tend to avoid all the overly horny things that some shows do. Though My Life Reincarnated as a Slime does have a few. Personally I can join you in hating those anime, there are quite a few that I would have enjoyed a lot more if they didn't have constantly cringe worthy horny scenes.

While I'm willing to give it a chance, there's very few games on mobile I can actually say I enjoyed. There's even fewer that I would considered to be atleast somewhat close to a game on a normal portable system. It's just really hard to enjoy a game without buying a decent tablet and connecting up a controller or duplicating the screen onto a TV. Then of course comes the battery issues.

Not to mention you price the game at any decent price and you're practically pricing yourself out of the market.

@dirtydyk:Not sure what the rules are for Australia but here in the US there are different rights for consumers and companies. Sure you wouldn't run into any issues because you changed your product but a company would. I can't buy a PS5 controller for the sole purpose of modifying it and giving it away/selling it without Sony's position. Generally speaking it's violating Sony's copyrights and consumer protections won't shield a business transaction which is somewhat important as a McDonald's themed PS5 controller being sold on an offical McDonald's stream somewhat implies Sony's supporting McDonalds even if Sony didn't approve of it.

Sure a small time streamer probably isn't going to get in trouble for once in a blue moon doing it. It's not worth it for any company to go after any small time person or company. But when a major business does it and doesn't seek their approval, you're going to have an issue. I'm actually surprised a company like McDonalds made a mistake like that and didn't ask Sony first.

As long as it only affects F2P games I don't really have an issue with it.

I would be even more impressed if they keep it opt-in only with companies not putting any real watch-to-win rewards. However atleast if they do it's fair for everyone.

I would however be very wary about it because any company that tries to check basically every box that would allow ads to be served ethically and morally to players without hurting their gaming experience much even if they choose to watch the ads could easily just be doing it to build the business. Then as soon as they become mainstream and the go-to service for F2P games, the next thing we know the ability to opt-out of watching them goes away then the ability to skip ads, then the rewards go away.

Don't think I'd call it a great price. Can get a 1 year of both for about $120 from amazon, not on sale. Still decent though for those who just want to try it out.

@CrouchingWeasel: Though one could argue that Christians cause a lot of those STDs and abortions. By taking such a hard stance against sex, which is something that most young adults where have a hard time adhering to, and taking such a stance that birth control/condoms are bad you highly limit the ability for young adults/teens, especially those under the age of 18, to get those forms of protections. This in turn leads to a lot more unprotected sex, STDs, and pregnancy.

A large number of young adults/teens are going to have sex for the most part except for the ones who really desire not to and have the self-control to stand up for that desire. For the rest of the people who would rather the enjoyment of having sex, giving them the tools to help ensure that the enjoyment is safe isn't a bad thing.

Can't wait. This is the series that got me back into reading. Got the first book on my way to visit my grandparents for something to do(and my grandfather values reading) and asked the airport's book store's employee for a recommendation. Read all the way to book 13 before having to wait for the final book. After that I never stopped reading.

Here's hoping the series is anywhere near as good as the books.

@Maize84: It's really not just that. As someone else mentioned, not everyone has a Regal near them. I do and it's close but I wouldn't call it my preferred theater and I would hate to be the person who has a theater within 10 minutes of them but they need to go to a Regal which is 60 minutes from them to see the movie they want.

@gagula94: Depends, I want to say the only time it's forced is if it's something like giving Humble Bundle a discount since it sells steam keys. Though If developers tried to get around Steam by doing it on Epic, Steam would probably eventually either go after the developer or change their rules if they felt threatened.

I like Steam, however I'm never a fan of one single major distribution network. One of the big reasons I continue to try to buy games on either GoG or Epic or at the very least never directly from Steam.
