So if you make a skill Legendary, you lose all your perks in that tree, it resets to 15 and you can relearn those perks all over again? All for the purpose of being able to level?

That sounds like a horrible way to do it.

Just use a mod the removes the 100 skill cap and keep your perks while you are still able to level.

Those games pretty much come to $30 total for the both of them.

$270 for a 360 is a ripoff.
