I was just talking about this with my buddy after playing black ops (don't take this litaraly I'm just thinking about it I would never do this). First I would take a ballistics knife and stab them, after that while I still have the knife in them I would shoot it in deeper and giggle at their pain hoping the blade went clean through them.
