Playing games offline

I was only to play Modnation Racers during the time PSN was offline but never did so can I play the game offline and still collect trophies for it like I always have or should I just wait until the network is back online?.

That's good to know plus I would like to know if I'm able to play Modnation Racers offline to continue playing the career mode until the network is back online?.

of course you can play offline...its not an online only game...the career mode is not about online so i don't see why you'd think you couldn't

Career mode is offline play so you're good to go. As for the trophies, any you earn will get credited to your psn name once things are back online and you sync your trophies.

It's just that I'm still new to the PS3 since I only had mine for a full year and just to mention that my english is fine but I guess at times when I write stuff on the computer I sometimes put it up without reading it through first.
