Never understood why you would need an always on connection to play OFFLINE games in the first place. You buy a game, used or otherwise, why the hell would we need to be on the internet at all to play them OFFLINE?

I seen no reason at this time to go with a PS4. So far it seems if you stay with your PS3 you will still be grandfathered in to play muliplayer for free...until they end up changing that too.

And from what I see the graphics and gameplay aren't really any legendary leap from the PS3.

So I'll just stick with the PS3 for a while. And if I do get a PS4 and I have to pay for online play, then they better make it better, have dedicated servers, etc. Because if they don't, then Xbox will be the better choice.
