(Source: I own some games of the list and I make a exact disc image  in my computer using Alcohol 120%, the res of the games data size are easy to find in some peer to peer programs like emule, torrent, etc. The size of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent (PS3) is of the XBOX360 version of the game I presume that the PS3 version is similar)

We don't have to wait too much time to a see games reaching the limits of a DVD9

GOD OF WAR II : 6.62 GB (PS2 GAME = LAST GEN)

SUPREME COMMANDER: 6.18 GB (PC GAME)

COMMAND AND CONQUER 3: 7.72 GB (PC GAME)

And we are only in the Q1 of this year. Maybe in 2008 we will see the first game in two DVD
