@couchtater12345 i agree with roughly half your statements.
However, realize as well that there [b]used to be[/b] several games where health packs didn't exist either.
If you took a shot in the arm, your aim was buggered. If you took a shot in the leg your movement and aim (while moving) was severely impaired. If you died, well... you got to sit out the remainder of the round 'cuz you were stupid or were legitimately out-played. (Speaking strictly of Multiplayer here.)
These sorts of games are ones that can legitimately be called "realistic", in my opinion.

The original Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon series of games were realistic games.
There was no regenergating health or taking 10 rounds to the spinal column and shrugging it off... Furthermore when you died in those games you were out of the game for the remainder of the match (in Multiplayer) or you restarted the mission from square one if you were playing Single Player..
