I have enjoyed playing games such as Counter-Strike 1.6, and ... pretty much all decent PC shooters that are entertaining to play.

I know people are gonna say Killzone 2; I have already pre-ordered the game, hearing all the hype, but I don't think it will be a game for me.

For instance, if I could choose one game that I could get one my PS3, I would choose Halo 3. I just love a good multiplayer with lots of weapons, vehicles and replay value (hence why I loved Warhawk).

I also have a special place in my heart for the Timesplitter series. IMO the best Arcade mode (Offline Mode Multiplayer) ever for an FPS game. Shame we might not see the fourth.

Even though I hate playing "dark" FPS games (both in colour and atmosphere), I will be willing to give KZ2 a chance if it delivers all the hype.

So, will Killzone 2 deliver a good multiplayer, online AND offline? And also, does it have good replay value?

Yes, Microsoft is ahead of Sony right now, but I predict that to change drastically at the end of this year, with huge killer-apps such as Killzone 2 and God of War 3 coming out. Not to mention the momentum Blu-ray is getting.

I think, if MAG actually works properly, and PS3 gets cheaper, all gamers will move on to a PS3. I don't see how you wouldn't!

If you replace the games you stated with MGS4, Uncharted, Ratchet and others, then you just copy and pasted what cows have been saying since 06.

Yeah, but back then, the Playstation 3 costs a fortune. Mind you, it still costs a fortune now to some people, but it is way more affordable. Also, PSN has greatly improved since its release. Not yet on par with LIVE, but getting there.

Also, Blu-ray was nothing back then. The "HD War" was still going on. Have you checked out have many Blu-ray movies/players were bought this holiday season? People are starting to take notice.

And I really believe that, if MAG really delivers everything it is promising now, it will be a major win by Sony, as it will truly show what PS3 is capable of.

I heard that games look better in 720p, but Blu-ray movies look better on 1080i, can anyone confirm this?

Metal Gear Solid 4 proved Blu-Ray can play a great role in the gaming industry.

I'm pretty sure I'll get this game, but before I do, I want to know how good it is by people who already have a copy of the game.

You know NHL 2K6 & 7 for the PS2 didn't have that highlight thing after every period? Well, is it included in this game?

Also, how is the online mode? And how many people are usually on every day?

I can't seem to find any trailers/video clips of this game, posting one would be appreciated:D
