@whalesex I was writing a comment, not a review. Pulling out this old BS trick here over a missing word is really petty. I guess it proves that you cant deny how awful this reviews is.
Terrible review yet again by Mc Shea. Every time I read one of reviews after playing a game, I realize how shallow and pedantic they are. The whole middle section to me read like a dull old mans commentary.
While Mc Shea takes paragraph after paragraph to just describe what he is seeing on the screen like a 10 year old, he can's seem to hear the amazing soundtrack or recognize anything with artistic visual design apart from whats blatantly obvious. You have to be either pretty shallow or lazy for that. I think its both since he didn't even mention that this game was essentially developed by a single developer, Dean Dodrill. I think any Gamespot member would like to know that little detail.
This is a sloppy piece of work again from this reviewer who has made similar blunders before.
@Auronvolgar @fefisgbf13 Graphics does not mean quality. Even as soon as a console comes out, better graphics chips hits the market. As PC game sales show, people prefer console game experience quite a bit more than having to mess around and spend for PC hardware to look good.
@The_Dark_Night @Missusu Agree completely. Next year it'll be an easier Dark Souls, less strategy Civilizations and a dumbed down Dota. I just hope they don't do quick time events for Hitman Absolution assassinations.
It's ironic how gamers view this article as an insult to them. The people who really insulted you all is id and Bioware. Caving into fan opinion just means that they are willing to bend over so that we keep throwing money at them. They are taking an art form and making it a cheap reality show.
Activision might take a small dent from the 1% of gamers that actually pay attention to this stuff. But the other 99% of frat boys and 12 year olds that play COD will keep throwing money at this company that's ruining the industry. All hail our perfect system.
@Gelugon_baat @marco1k1 And Captain Hindsight continues with his 'should have' rhetoric. You clearly have no idea about exploits in MOBA games. With your attitude, I doubt you'd ever know as well.
FYI, The 'hindsight' remark came from 'Captain Hindsight' in South Park.
