So I am fairly new to the game, I've tried making some decks on my own, some work some don't. Just wondering if anyone wants to help me make a deck that knows the game better than I do just with the cards that I do have below. Thanks.

Its really all about what you do. My film teacher for example went to NYU and had some classes with Spike Lee and knew him while he was making Do the Right Thing. Spike Lee is Spike Lee and my film teacher is, well, a failed movie directer teaching film classes.

Wow, yeah... that's what I am scared of. I have seen people make YouTube videos too about how they didn't even go to film school and if you don't go then you will be having a hard time to just get enough money to pay your actors and such. Then you have the story with your teacher who did go to film school, and yeah. It's all just very discouraging and make me feel like I should rather just be a software developer, my second passion.

Seriously you could have least said you make films in Source Filmmaker, that would at least be slightly credible. Instead of wasting time with Wizard 101 why don't you start practicing in Premiere Pro, actual camera work, 3d Max and Maya and then take some writing classes. If your one claim to fame is Wizard 101 you'll never make it.

I know that I'll never make it with Wizard101, but I am still young, so I don't expect to get far with this, lol. I also have started to work with Premier Pro and After Effects. I also do some random camera shooting, so I know that I need to tackle other things, but is it hard to become a director? I heard that you make almost no money in the beginning.

You start in either production work or as a writer and move on up the chain. Your chances would be better if you started in production as becoming a movie writer is basically impossible.

Production means acting? Or what? Because I took 6 years of drama and acting in elementary and middle and now also in high school.

Actors sometimes become directors but not usually. Most directors come from the production crews or writing staff. The people who write the movies or film and edit the movies. Directors need to know about acting but the overall production is their primary concern.

What about film school? Is it necessary?

not everyone is a Final Cut Pro expert.

I can't even use Final Cut because I am on Windows, so I have to stick with movie maker, after effects, premier pro, and that's pretty much all I use.

I am also taking IB English and Writing classes, higher than advanced level.

I hate the beat, it sounds horrible. I also hate the hook, it sounds weak. But the verses, purely amazing.

Hi guys. So my dream has always been to be a movie director... don't think I will make it though... it's a tough industry isn't it? But I do enjoy making movies, and writing scripts and such. So I make movies on this game I play, Wizard101, and they are hosting an awards show, and I'd be great if my website that I made could be a bit more recognized. So if you could vote for Spiral Creations in this category, that would really be helpful and I would appreciate it, just scroll down to the poll.

But also, have any of you had experience in filming? Is it hard to become a director? Do you have any advice? Just curious...

Sup my fellow companions.

Dropping by to check up on you little munchkins xD I just finished my college summer semester (my first semester), got all A's :D

Anyway, I read the whole thing about the Versus and FFXV thiing earlier in the thread, kinda disappointed now, I thought they were still making Versus, but guess not. Seems like Square is getting just as lazy as GameSpot :P Most unions are dead, but hey, good news, we are the most active Final Fantasy union, and the most up to date one as well, FFE hasn't made an update since March I think or May.

I have been doing great with my little filming group :D and I have learned how to use Photoshop, After Effects, and Premier Pro, it's so fun :)

Where is Raven!? o: She not active here no more D:

I miss the old Final Fantasy play style :( Sorry being random just spraying my thoughts out... "spraying", probably the wrong word o.o

I also got my first job, not sure if I told you guys, but I have worked there since June :D It's as a cashier, I am planning to upgrade my job though.

OOOOH AND I GOT MY INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE (IB) DIPLOMA and graduated with a 6.1 from high school, it got me a scholarship :D

Hope you all are doing great :) Love you all
