Yeah, definitely get component cables instead if your TV supports it, you'll really appreciate it, the graphics jump in some games like GT4 and MGS3 is just amazing.

F That!!! The game started on consoles and should stay that way, it's where all the sales are. The PC people just make mods.

Yes, but that doesn't mean you couldn've dropped it right after you got it in a consequent play-through and played through the rest of the game without it. Actually, maybe thats the way the developers intended it. For the first playthrough you'd use the sword and have an easier time beating it to see it through to the end. But if you chose to play through it again, maybe to understand the story better, you would've preferred not to use the sword since you were better at the game by then and wanted more of a challenge.

I sure wouldn't mind having Warren Spector on board....and also, no dumbing it down for console ports!

I think they're all too busy orgasm-ing at their maxed out Crysis graphics right now to respond to your post.

Thanks for all the recommendations, I decided to get Dreamfall first and it's the GOTY version which comes with The Longest Journey too and I've been playing that for most of the day and I've really been enjoying it so far. Thanks again!

I've heard really good things about both games and I was just wondering which one I should get first.
