@jhonel83 That being said, I still sympathize with you. This is exactly the same art-style as the 'Deponia' series (I think it's the same artists, actually), which I only recently played. And that's a game that doesn't remotely take itself seriously. So I expect it'd be difficult for me to partition in my mind that experience from this game's experience.

@jhonel83 That's not really a rational concern, considering precedent. 'Rats of NIMH' comes to my mind first, and there's other examples. A cartoon art-style can still be successfully paired with a 'serious' thematic tone.
