People keep mentioning BF2 and Overwatch but IMO Valve is the worst one of all. All this discussion on lootboxes is weirdly skirting around the OG gambling scheme that Valve has had for a long time now. Nip the evil in the bud.

The major growth the industry is seeing is in the mobile space. And unless there is some new shift in trends that's likely where most of the growth will be in the foreseeable future. PC market still holding strong though, so I'm happy with that.

Ex- Metro/S.T.A.L.K.E.R. devs are working on this. There certainly seems to be some potential here.

No release date yet. They're aiming for a closed beta. It was in development for 1 year. Being developed by just 3 people in Unity5.

The game is going to arrive very soon with a Survival Mode. You will fight against hordes of enemies in a small island until you're done.

We, Saibot Studios, want to make a much bigger game, with a Single Player Campaign and Multiplayer Modes. But we make no promise right now, since it will depend on how things go in terms of money.

Really wanna see some gameplay for this. According to their site it looks like a wave shooter.

Between this, Apocryph, Ion Maiden, and Gibhard there's gonna be a nice variety of older school shooters to play.

Been keeping an eye on all of those games. Hopefully they release soonish.
