It's Fallout in Russia. The game is currently in early access and looking pretty good.
There's also INSOMNIA RPG which is finally coming this year.
Then there is upcoming manly badass FPS set in Soviet-Union.

I really hope some of these games get localized.
Also not sure if you already know about Lost Soul Aside buts its another Chinese action game, Sony is publishing it as a timed exclusive though which kinda sucks.
Sony didn't fund it, they got funding from a Chinese company/guy. I believe it's up to 9 people team now.
I will clarify that China Hero Project isn't a publishing program, more so a marketing program to help get these games exposure and some additional resources.
If/when this gets a wide release, I wonder who is going to publish it. Seems like something Aksys, Xseed or NIS would try to snatch up (assuming someone larger doesn't try to get it).

I should mention that an ex-DMC dev team member is making this.
I found this upcoming action RPG for PC called Bloody Spell. The game clearly takes inspiration from Devil May Cry and Bayonetta with its hack & slash combat and counter system.
Looks like a Xianxia style Devil May Cry. I'll be following this game with an intense gaze.
Now if only we could get an indie/standalone PC game scene from South Korea.
Do you know BIC Fest ? It's an indie game festival in Korea. They also show indie games in BitSummit (Japan's Indie Expo).
The language barrier means we only see a fraction of what's out there and the current gatekeepers simply aren't very good at what they do.
This still looks and sounds promising, though also hella ambitious for a small team based in South Korea. It has been a long time since the Kickstarter, but I'm glad that it seems to be developing nicely.
I wonder if it will have graphics in the demonstration that wont be in the final game like they did with TW3.
They were more concerned with their new-found console money than to give full care with PC and its modding capabilities. As a longtime CDPR even I felt they shifted to a much more obvious "Mass appeal" focus between Witcher 2 and 3.
Seems that somebody wanted to fight with us and used dirty tricks (aka 60% discount), but they lost anyway :) pic.twitter.com/eiPoE52pMd

Shots fired!
PC has one weakness: Japanese games.
Japan still hates PC gaming, and you still have to pre-order games you aren't particularly interested in just to ask the developers for more ports. (Want Valkyria Chronicles 4? Better chuck your dosh at Yakuza Mobile even though it's a mobile port)
PC exclusive from Japan. Being developed by just one guy in unreal engine. Steam page is up.

A japanese-made Superman styled game called Undefeated. You will see PC love from Japanese indie games scene.
@NoodleFighter: I have to say, even though I loved Rune, I hope that they learned some lessons as far as combat systems go from Severance, which pretty much solved the whole ice-skating syndrome that plagued many other melee combat systems of that era. It was probably the highest profile game developed by a Spanish studio at that time, apart from the Commandos series.
Sadly the game is not for sale anymore since GOG pulled it off their catalogue (presumably because Codemaster's distribution license expired). Nobody knows who holds the rights but I've seen it crops up on abandonware sites.
@kozio: Didn't they just recently get the engine for the game up and running?
http://www.forceclaw.com/news/cyberpunk-2077-important-production-stage-closed-engine-running-release-date-unknown
I'm afraid this article is riddled with bad translation of the original polish interview.
For example Adam Kiciński said at the beginning of the interview that they have reached the milestone in their production but did not say it was the engine.
Next question that was asked referred to engine and then Kiciński confirmed that it is in fact already up and running but I read it (I'm a native speaker) as another question that is not related to the milestone topic (as I understood Kiciński did not reveal what the milestone was).
Now on to translation of the quote in the article, this actually should read:
Release Date?
You will need to wait patiently for the official reveal. Most certainly we will not announce the release date this year. Will we announce it next year? - I will not answer. Commenting the speculations that are flying around would not be beneficial to us. Building players interest is now most important and it will translate into sales.
So possibly the release date will be announced sometime in next year and production is moving nicely, there are no road blocks at this stage, to the contrary, they feel more safe now (since the mysterious milestone).
Also bear in mind that the original article is from a Polish business magazine - so naturally they were focusing on business aspects of the project and CDPR in general.
Don't get your hopes up...the company is in turmoil. They just got the game engine running and before that they scrapped and restarted this project number of times, wasting all those years. A tease trailer is as good as it's gonna get for E3 2018 which I'm okay with that, (Just like with Witchfire teaser)
I will be interested if entire game is in first person.
I think some sources claimed it will feature both first person and third person perspectives. Sources got it from some apparent presentation CDPR held.
Loved the first Rune. It has always been one of my favorites and one of the few games to do the Vikings justice.
It along with Severance: Blade of Darkness, Die by the Sword, Drakan, Jedi Knight, and Heavy Metal 2k were some great hack and slash adventure games of the late 90's/early 2000's.
Rune had a great multiplayer as well that many of the others didn't have.
Glad to see Human Head making games again.
I know it's based on Norse myth, but horns on helmets weren't a thing. :/
The devs have said that for people who hate horned helmets, they can be disabled in favor of historically accurate helmets if they prefer.
