@Jeff Jones because it actually did sell a lot. They had unrealistic wants for their sales figures. None of their games (which were all amazing) didnt even almost reach them. They are making a new TR simply because they know that even if it were to be horrible (which it will not be) all of the hardcore old school TR fans will still preorder and purchase. TR has and always will be a serious money maker. this is gonna be like, the 16th game to come out or something like that (including all the spin offs)
TR is one of the best games created this year. Just because one douchey reviewer says that it was, it most definately does not mean that it was. It was creative, interactive and a true gem to be able to play this game on my computer. The gameplay was awesome, the graphics were awesome and the story was quite nice too! I love the new Lara, and I feel she may actually be more strong. Old Lara showed little to no emotion until the LAU trilogy. This Lara shows that she is not only physically strong, but is also able to overcome her emotional resistance. Shes pretty awesome!
@Cypress131 @jpol030594 I said that though because of how drastically TR has changed. Also, because most of the dip shits on the internet think that Uncharted is the most original game on earth. I wanted to try and get across to even those idiots haha
@pozium this TR sold almost as much if not more than the last trilogy in total. I have no idea whats wrong with SE... Maybe they should tell us how many have been sold now?
I absolutely loved TR, Hitman and Sleeping Dogs. I believe that if anything, at least TR should have sold the most amount of copies if you put the actual gameplay into consideration. I understand how people may say 'oh yeah, TR is so much like uncharted' and all that stuff, but tbh, I see TR as being nothing like any other game. You can do so many things in TR that really arent possible in any other game. People always rant and rave about TLoU... I've played it, finished it, and see no need to replay it tbh. TR? Ive finished it 8-9 times and I still love it.
