What are those positive traits?
And I dont see how it could cure cancer, actually, in theory it should do the opposite, link?

He's exaggerating the "cure cancer" bit, but here's a good article. http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2006/05/26/MNGAKJ2S481.DTL&type=science And for those to lazy to go there because i didnt link it, here's a good quote: "Earlier work established that marijuana does contain cancer-causing chemicals as potentially harmful as those in tobacco, he said. However, marijuana also contains the chemical THC, which he said may kill aging cells and keep them from becoming cancerous."
So basically, your saying it does contain chemicals that can cause cancer in you. But there is a possibility that it might not become cancerous.
Ummm, is it me, or does that not sound good enough to take the chances? Like your doing something that you know will give you cancer, but your hoping it wont....that just doesn't sound right....expesially since it has other side effects, and memory lose, and withdraw syndrom. Just seems like the possiblity of a benefit does not outway the conciquences.
I've had major head injeries before, 2 week coma, alot of theorpy, and was even in rehab, and have suffered some serious headachs since (So far about 4 years now), yet I have never had the urge to even try marijuana, even though I was a good case for some medicinal marijuana. It just seems like its for the weak who just arn't man enough to deal with alittle pain....
But the problem is alot of people would take Prescription drugs because they're "okay". Well I can tell you anything in pill form is alot worse than smoking a plant.
