Haze, Assassin's Creed, Orange Box, Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Oblivion, Rainbow Six Vegas, Kane & Lynch, Resistance always appealed to me aswell.CoD4, MGS4, GTA IV, BIA Hell's Highway(not a Wii spinoff), DMC4, RE5, Tekken 6, VF5, GT5, and so on.The PS3 is really tempting to me.

you need SALES to lure devs, not money, did you not here Monster Rancher 3, a HUGE franchise in japan jumped exclusivity from the PS3 to the Wii.
