The features that Xbox and Playstation consoles need to have are:
1) An organized page showing all digital content purchases (categorized by content type and platform). For those contents that require subscription to access, there should be distinctive icon right next to each one of them.
2) Cross buy for all digital contents. This way consumers don't need to hesitate when making purchase. Besides, it will be a perk to boost digital sell.
3) Allow consumers to upgrade video content from SD to HD by paying the difference.

Who's going to understand something no one bother to explain. I guess people upload too much craps on their servers which doesn't make business sense to continue on.
@gameroutlawzz Be my guest if you're satisfed with anything developers shove at you. My constructive criticism would do a better service for gaming community(especially Resident Evil fans such as myself). CG is fine, but some in-game environments, textures, or items still lack of HD clarity. Angles are noticeable on round wheel. Are you really happy with the future-released game that doesn't look any better than a half decade old games like the remake of Resident Evil 0 & 1 on Wii? The game doesn't look much better than the HD version of the same subseries(meaning no obvious graphical improvement noticeable yet). Remember, this game does not develope by the same team who create the original series.
