Nah, I'll pass. No way I'm paying full price for an online only game through Origin.

DKR was a fantastic game and definitely in my top 10 of last gen. I can't wait to see where Retro Studios goes with DKTF. Day 1 for sure.
I have no loyalty towards Sony other than the fact that I find their first party studios' output to be of such quality that their consoles are must buys. I don't think I own anything else by Sony. The reason I don't buy MS products is because I don't think they've ever released a good quality product outside of MS Office. I did buy a used 360, but I played the few games I wanted to and sold it. I wasn't very impressed. Of course I have Windows on my gaming rig, but I find as an overall OS it is far inferior to OS X. I didn't pay for it anyway so meh.
I give it a year or two until MS introduces their own version of Playstation Now and they start throwing around the word "innovation".
@Dreams-Visions: Relax champ, it's just a question. It doesn't mean I believe that's what's actually going to happen. I do think it's something to think about and discuss though.
Could the tortured historical relationship between China and Japan actually benefit Microsoft? I would like to hope that that wouldn't sway Chinese gamers to avoid Sony and Nintendo, but is it possible that the Chinese distrust and disdain for the Japanese will help sell more MS consoles?
Yes it flopped on Gamespot and so for the sake of System Wars it is officially a flop. However, if some guy who knows nothing about Gamespot or any other site asks you about The Last of Us, what accomplishment and reception is more relevant to his understanding of what the game represents? That it got an 8 on Gamespot and "flopped", or that it won the most GOTY awards of any game released last year? That's the difference between System Wars and the real world.
All this math is just confusing everyone. It's quite simple. In order for Xbone to reach PS4 in sales it has to sell 1.2 million more consoles. 1.2 million is 40% of 3 million. So they have to sell 40% more of what they've already sold to reach PS4 sales. Now the 28.5% figure isn't wrong, it's just coming from a different point of view. That figure is how big a lead the PS4 has based on their sales. So nobody is a dumbass or wrong. You're all just looking at it differently.
