What?? exclusivity DO matter, when buying a system the first thing you have to keep in mind it's that the games that you want are available in said system. or am i wrong? do games don't matter know when making a console purchase?

But it doesn't matter if it's exclusive. If I'm interested in buying a 360, and CoD4 is one game that interests me, I couldn't care less if it was available for the PS3 and PC. If it's on the 360, that's what matters to me.

That's what I mean in saying that exclusivity doesn't matter. If Zelda was available for the PS3 (which is obviously ludacrous, I'm just using it as an example), that wouldn't cause me to enjoy my Wii any less.

As was just mentioned, it's not packed in in Japan, and it's selling at about a 50% rate on a weekly basis. I would be willing to bet that any respectable study, if possible, would find that Wii Sports would get about a 35-55% attach ratio, regardless of whether or not it was packed in. It is the reason to own a Wii.

The game isn't supposed to help people get into shape, just like Wii Sports isn't supposed to make people better athletes.

Both are great by the standards of racing sims, but both SERIOUSLY lack in the feel of real driving at those speeds. The day of racing sims will come into full fruition once virtual reality is affordable enough for the average consumer.

Wii Sports is that title... and it comes with every single Wii.

Wii Sports is going to go down as the most influential game of this generation because it does what it sets out to do to perfection, like no game since SM64, or GT2, or GTAIII... Wii Sports is going to be remembered as one of the great accomplishments in gaming, and it's something that ANYONE can get into.

The reason the Wii "fails" in SW is because of elitist haters. People who don't have a vision for games other than the own desires that have been built into them since the introduction of 3D and beginning of more "complex" games.

It's still not a true statement. Any games that actually have a graphical similar graphical style don't even come close to comparing between the two consoles. The PS2's first gen of games was trash on all fronts. The DC had some games that even looked better than the PS2's.
