of course its a gimmick. i really dont think its gona sell all that well. theyre trying to soak up whats left out of the console's life and bring out sumtin that only suckers will buy. then after that theyll introduce the 720 and people will be pissed...i swear...M$.
i prefer psn. i like the way it is...how it works and stuff. u can connect to it wireless if u prefer since the ps3 has that capability (even tho i use a wired connection so its more efficient) and the best, most obvious reason...its free, and does the same stuff as Live. (the stuff that matters of course. i dont think many people care about sum crossover chat thing or wutever the hell)
ps3 and sum good exclusives = $500-600 then whatever u have left over...put it back and start savin up for a new PC while you enjoy the ps3. problem solved.
its not the time it takes to download the updates for me. its just really f'n annoying when the download freezes. like, it'll start dloading then just stop but timer keeps going up and up and then a few mins later i get an error and gotta start it over. i usually stop it myself when it does that then start it over..and sometimes it takes me like 10-15 times to actually get it to download all the way. now, it doesnt happen all the time, and its not the ps3...its just the internet where i live...its on the slow side thats for sure.
eh, its depends. if i really like the game and sum1 says it sucks...i ask why and usually disagree. its not really sumtin to get in a big debate about.
