I did not expect this game to have a full point difference between the versions, with the PC with 9.5 to the Xbox 360 with 8.5.

They are good scores, but I do not play scores like many here, I play games; that is, games that strongly interests me. So Dragon Age does not interest me regardless of reviews.

FF13 wont do much.

You have to remember that it releases at the end of Decemeber So it only has around a week and a half to do something for the PS3s 09 sales.

Final Fantasy XIII will be released on December 17 in Japan, which is a Thursday. It is within the week of Dec. 14 through the 20th. The sales week after that is Dec. 21st through the 27th. And after that is Dec. 28th through January 3rd, 2010.

Please note that the sales week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday. The recently-released PSP Go was released in Japan on a Sunday (final day), which means that its sales will be calculated for the week of October 26th through November 1st.

Too many sheep hyping shovelware these days...n00bkid

The Conduit is not what some call "shovelware." There was a serious effort in making this game, something shovelware games lack.

This is the DS Forum, not System Wars. We should not be talking about the PSP here.

Motion sensing is here to stay, just like Rock n' Roll was in the 1950s. Just because developers are misusing it or the fact that it is has some flaws (it is the first generation of use in video games) does not invalidate the technology.

Perhaps people do not like change and try to resist it regardless of how futile it may be.

[QUOTE="roddollente"]

it only took us 20 years or so to go from 8-bit to 1080p. go figure.

cowgriller

ironically, the screen resolutions for hdtv's have existed for 30 years, as did lcd's and hdtv's have been on the market since 1997. hdtv's and their resolutions were invented long before any technology was created to take advantage of them.

Correct. Before the existence of NTSC and PAL, there were experiments on higher television resolutions during the waning days of World War II. However, due to technical limitations, these resolutions were not practical until the last few decades.

One have to remember: something may be advanced and impractical today, but it may be practical in the future. I predict in the next ten to twenty years that there will be a handheld system with 720p or HD-quality screens that will be affordable.

This board is full of sheep (no offence) Justinge3

Please refrain from using "sheep" on this forum. It is only allowed in System Wars and will get you moderated for "trolling" outside of it.

Also, can everyone stop bringing up references to other platforms? It is off-topic in the Wii forum, and more appropriate for System Wars. Keep the Wii-bashing nonsense over there as well.
