i didnt see this post and i posted something like it, i had verizon dsl and it was super slow for ps3 and now i have cable and its super fast, im really happy with it.CjParsons19

ya i used to have a 360 that i broke on accident and the downloads were faster. After it broke i decided to get a ps3 though

so ever since i got my ps3 this has been bugging me. psn downloads have been going kinda slow, even though my connection is "fast". I checked my speed test at www.speedtest.net thrue my ps3 browser and it sais my speed is estimated at 5 mp/s. so shouldnt this mean i should be downloading things at 5 mp/s? BTW, my connection is wireless. When i do the speed test on my pc the speed is 29 mp/s just in case

not to be messed up but wats the big deal about another firmware update?

you know he's got a point, but as a previous 360 owner, id say ps3. You just get more bang for the buck imo especially since i get to play blue-rays on my hdtv

Don't belittle PETA or its members only because you disagree with them. I'm glad there are people out there who hold animals' interests in high esteem.

That being said, I too don't understand what's wrong with killing virtual animals. THAT may be overzealous from PETA but I respect their overall work.

$60,000,000 to make the game, publish, ship, advertise, pay people to act as "gamers" and hype the game on gaming forums and the result?

9.0 at GS(compare that to other FPS and it doesnt really shine)

PS3 sales went DOWN for February 2009compared to February 2008 (when it used to cost more).:x

dude wat a fan boy. just so you know halo has been here since 2001, while the original killzone was a flop, so it has to build up its name. Halo wars, on the other hand, has the word HALO in it, which will automaticaly mean every single 9-13 year old will thing its another fps, only to be dissapointed. I bet you havent even played killzone 2

I just got a buddy's cheap HDMI wire (Walmart $50 Dollars) And put it up against my 1000 monster HDMI cable. We Popped in Well-e and watched the space walk scene on both of the wire's. And hands down the monster looks better, shaper picture and the frame rate was a lot smoother. I know i paid a lot for the thing ( 250 dollars with tax and it almost cost half the price of the T.V.) But i still think i got a good deal, 32-inch-sony-1080p-120hz and a13ft 1000 series monster HDMI for under 1000 dollars.(canadian) ...............................So i gave the Monster cables a thumps up!i-POOP-outside

dude 1080p is pretty much useless and the same as 720p when the screen is less that 40"

I have a 50 inch series 5 samsung and i couldnt be happier :D
