The Wii U didn't do well cause Nintendo chose to go with a name that confused the casuals that made them think it was just an addon, didn't know how to make a online infrastructure comparable to Xbox Live or PSN, the hardware was bottlenecked and the gimmicky tablet controller was a turn off for the third party devs.

Not knocking the Wii U cause I do enjoy the console but there were obvious problems that caused it to fail.

I will give credit where it's due and that is Nintendo. They at least try with the gimmicks to move gaming forward. The next thing that may push it forward is probably VR technology. Which console will do it better is the question.

Mass Effect has the reapers and Garrus. So Mass Effect

A couple of years ago I was more of a hardcore completionist but nowadays I am just a casual gamer

N64 is better in almost every way. Perfect Dark, Zelda OOT and MM, Goldeneye, Mario 64, Banjo Kazooie, Wrestlemania 2000, Star Wars Rogue Squadron and that is just off the top of my head in terms of games. There were no gimmicks at the time just games. The only thing I would change is the controller.

The memory card issue being resolved and better 1st party support would be ideal.

Skyrim. Pretty much perfection as an open world experience. And I am a fan of the Randy Savage mod

Sony has done better holiday trailers in the past

I will wait for it to go on sale for 5 bucks on steam. Good see to see it back (even though it aged horribly)

2016 is the year of the JRPG. As much as I love Mass Effect it will more than likely be delayed
