I hate the cloud. Talk about voluntarily giving up privacy by storing your information on a central server. I'd rather have the game on a disc with my save on my hard drive. The internet is taken for granted way too often.

And xbox 360 users appreciate music of the 2nd viennese school more than PS3 owners so BOO. Just kidding, very few if not nobody likes the music of Arnold Schoenberg, Berg, and Webern.

There's nothing ground breaking about these endings, it's practically the exact same thing they did in the matrix trilogy in the end. From shepard meeting what in the matrix they called the arbiter (here it's the catalyst, ooooo), to shepard getting absorbed like neo to the reapers just flying off in the end like nothing happened. We need a new ending because this one was done before and it turned out crappy then too. I'd rather go with tolkien's idea for a story ending with "and they lived happily ever after for the rest of their days." So shepard lives out the rest of his days in peaceful glory with whatever woman he decides to shack up with at whatever point in the story. There's an ending that incorporates the choices made during the game. and P.S.- Chrono trigger, the best game of all time, had 11 endings built right in. it's sequel chrono cross had a whole bunch of endings as well. Bioware cheaped out.

Both sides work. Without the action, the game becomes more of an interactive movie which may appeal to a broader base. But i know there's an argument of what's a game without action or, y'know, gameplay. And i can say that i've wanted to skip certain repetitive combat situations in games like dragon age just like i've skipped dialogue. It's just another option to broaden the appeal to more gamers, thus bringing more revenue and hopefully better, more elaborate games. And that's just it, it's an option, not something being forced upon gamers. And as in all cases with games, if it just plain sucks, who cares what you can and can't skip. Just don't buy it.
