I am playing the game and it works with some problems.

Specs:Q6600@ 3.6ghz, 4GB 1066mhz DDR2, HD 4870, Asus Rampage Formula, 1920x1200 res

First the Rockstar "Lounge" program is completely messed. The game will crash unless you skip logging in. I cannot go above medium texture settings in the graphics options. In order to run 1920x1200 I cannot have a draw distance past 14. It's ridiculous that the game would limit what you can set, it should be left to the user. Forcing AA through catalyst control center also does not work. With that said, the game runs fine, but it's in dire need of a patching. I hope that these problems can be fixed, and it would be really nice to see some anti aliasing implemented.

for crysis amd cards suck so get the 260 216 core nvidiaIQT786

He is somewhat correct. If you look in the gpu.cfg folder for the game none of the ATi 48xx series is even entered, nor are any of ATi's anti-aliasing configurations. Adding these values will help the game run better with ATi. With these values omitted from the game it's clear and a shame that Nvidia is forcing thier hands in game developer's pockets.

This game needs a patch to address some memory leak issues. So far I've spotted close to 400mb's of leaked memory on my system. The 64-bit support will be very welcome too.

The Ps3's that are being made right now and in the future (including the 80gb or larger) versions will have a somewhat redesigned and die-shrunk processer.  What does this mean to me and you?  Less power comsumption, more proficient (faster etc.) and it will run cooler.  I'm glad I didn't buy one yet.
