... The Runescape Fan's Union.

It's always been thats title, I was changing the short description for the union when this error came.

Look, I'm not sure, but the title was never changed! I never "touched" the title. The (') is replaced by that error code number thing.

okay, the union board name has been fixed when I tried to change it back to what it was before (The runescape Fan's Union Board), but the title of the union still has the error:

yeah, here's the board for the union: http://www.gamespot.com/pages/unions/forums/show_topics.php?board_id=909182606&union_id=9882 , the board name has the error in it, I've changed the whole union's name to "The Runescape Fans Union", but left the board unchanged.

If it seems fine to you guys, then something might be wrong with my computer on how it recives the (')
