Thats interesting, now you can post pics of games with temporal and adaptive(multi sampling-super sampling) AA (or however its called for nvidia) to make us see the difference between several types of anti aliasing that would be cool!

I just wanted to see if my laptop will play oblivion, i have the hp dv6045...the stats are the AMD Turion™ 64 X2 mobile technology TL-56 (1.8mhz) ; 2GB PC5300 DDR2; 120gb hard drive; NVIDIA GeForce Go 7200...if there was something i missed then ill go back and post it. What im worried about is the processor, it says it needs a intel 4 2.0ghz or better...so i just wondered if it will work for me?

Your processor is a lot better than a p4 2Ghz, you  should be more worried about you graphic card. But you'll be able to play oblivion, around the minimum settings

Well, guys i think it is time to upgrade my system-agp motherboard; GF 6600GT; Pentium 4 3.2 Gh; 512RAM-it runs Oblivion like crap.

Do not upgrade right now, this upgrade isnt really different cpu wise, just buy another 512mb stick of ram and wait for conroe, it will have very low price and top notch performance. But yeah, your new system would run obliovn much better than the old thanks to the 7600gt....

having 512mb of video ram is useful for AF and I think its worth buying the 512mb one but whatever... The 360 has the game at max at a res of 1024x768 (720p) if you playat 1600x1200 it'll look better on your comp

Yeah you'll be able to play at max at at least 1280x1024, but I think you'll be ok with 1600x1200...

Shadowmere is immortal...if you lost him you can find the horse near the ruins where you got Shodowmere at the first time

Oblvion is too small for an elder scrolls game, not enough stuff to do.... I want crossbows back ! I want a real main quest ! Not just a 10 hour or less adventure...

I use the deadric bow of winter hehe but the bow is unfair, when you are good in sneak ( I have 100) you can kill anyone without him noticing if you hide in the shadows.... Well actually I can do that with my mace also but it is trickier... Anyway, the best skill is hand to hand : D
