Yeah Mexican drug cartels are bad, but you also forget that they also use gangs who are legal citizens of your United States. And the cartel leader's families can legally be U.S. citizens provided that they're the not the ones doing the dirty work (and do some bribing $$$). But why would they move to the United States when they're making a lot more money in Mexico?
